ASOS Animal Print Sale Haul

Just received a bunch of fun things from the ASOS sale – seriously, how fast is their shipping?! Thought I’d share them in case you are also still not over animal print!
Stats: 5’8”, wearing US14 throughout

This leopard print jumpsuit is $21 (reduced from $60) and is still available in sizes 4 -14. It was hard to get on as the neck isn’t that wide and you have to pull that over your hips and bum. But once on, the fit was tts and very comfortable.
It’s a lot of leopard. There’s no getting away from that. But the longer I had it on, the more I didn’t mind it. It comes with a self-tie belt, but I tried some different ones on too. Didn’t love it with either the trainers or booties I wore and I think that’s due to the length. Looking at the model, I think that’s the length it’s meant to be, but I just can’t get my head around it. I think it might work better with sandals but I want to be able to wear it now. It’s such a good price but I think it’s a no in the end.

This Warehouse dress is $49.50 (reduced from $83). It’s currently only available in US 2. It was more than I wanted to spend and I was hoping I wouldn’t like it but I think it might be a keeper!
It definitely needs a belt to give the waist some definition and my orange Hermès belt worked perfectly.
I like that this is a floral/leopard mix, and it’s a great length. It’ll work well for school and also for play. Very tempted to keep this!

I love the colors of this maxi dress! It’s currently $23 (reduced from $65) and is available in US sizes 12 – 16. It’s a great length on me and is a very easy wear, apart from the crossover wrap on the bust, which is a bit cheeky. I’ll either need to wear a cami or sew a little hook/eye thing to keep it closed. I didn’t realize it came with a self-tie belt until I was putting it back in the bag, but once again the orange belt is a winner!

This River Island blouse is now $14 (reduced from $51) and is available is US sizes 2 – 14. It fits perfectly, with no gaping. It needs to be worn untucked but I think this would work with pencil skirts and jeans – what do we think of it with leggings? I always feel the need to have my crotch covered but the Spanx models often wear shorter tops …. I think this is a great all-rounder that I’ll get lots of wear out of.

Ok, not technically animal print but I ordered some sunglasses too. I’m obsessed with Quay Australia sunglasses and decided I needed some new options for February’s Mexico trip. These are $42 (reduced from $60) and are showing as low in stock. I ordered these as a bit of a laugh but I think I 💗 them!

These sunglasses are $21 (reduced from $60) – great price but I don’t think I love them as much. What do you think?

And a quick Shopbop sale add-on – I’m wearing XL in this bikini. The top is $42 (reduced from $140) and the bottoms are $39 (reduced from $130) and both are currently available in sizes XXS – L. I ordered this in a moment of weakness- very naughty as it’s Final Sale. The XL apparently equals US size 12, which I only saw after I ordered it, so I was very relieved that it actually fits! I will say that the top cuts very low on the sleeveless side – even the model image shows some underboob, as if she were tugging it up to prevent a nipple slip. This is a suit for posing in, not for extreme water sports.

Amazon currently has this suit for the same price and same sizes available. A much better option as it’s free returns! This suit is absolutely fantastic quality and I love the colors and pattern. Recommended.
